How it works

• Two tablespoons = 11 grams of protein.
• Use more than a regular spice. Two Tablespoons sounds like a lot, but our blends are less concentrated so you can add real protein and real flavor.
• Sprinkle on food while cooking or right after. If it does not stick, moisten the food with one tablespoon of water or broth, then toss.
